More than a
year ago, the Lord placed a vision in my heart to expand Cyn Shea's outreach through
our 3rd concept to include a new bakery-restaurant, now known as Shea's
Express.
As the grand-opening nears, we will be introducing
several new people to our staff beginning with Executive Chef and Culinary Partner Douglas J. Kieley.
Chef Doug joins us most recently
from Atlanta, Georgia with more than 20 years of training and experience to encompass
the best of both European and American cuisines. After graduating from Southeast
Culinary Institute in St. Augustine, Florida in 1985, Chef Doug's career was jump
started with a real "BAM" while working 2 years at Commander's Palace
in New Orleans with Emeril Lagasse!
Chef Doug will oversee Cyn Shea's entire
culinary operations
including the creation of menus for Shea's
Express
as well as the menus and banquet services provided by Cyn Shea's Complete Catering.
Chef Doug loves golf and the Atlanta
Braves!
He is married to Krystyna (also a great cook!), whom he met while working in Europe.
They have one daughter, Ewelina who is a student at Georgia Tech.
Chef Doug brings with him, Sous Chef
Mario Colorado, also from Atlanta.
The two have been creating award-winning cuisine together for more than 5 years!
Mario is married to Veronica and has 2 children, Mario and Oscar.

and can be home before they return…..
Also need morning pastry-baker prep full time…
And Day Shift Baristas
(these are the folks who make the specialty coffees)
Pay starts at $7.00 an hour but could be more, depending on
experience.
